Project Support Coordinator – Parking Services Transformation Programme
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Head of Service and Programme Manager to drive pace, coordination and oversight across multiple complex work streams.
- Coordinate transformation work streams to ensure key delivery milestones are achieved and maintain clear oversight of progress and inter‑dependencies.
- Support service restructure activity, including planning, tracking and coordinating implementation for a smooth transition.
- Drive process reviews, identify opportunities for efficiencies and continuous improvement, and support the delivery of automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare reporting packs for programme boards and governance meetings, capture key decisions and ensure actions are tracked and followed up.
- Maintain pace and grip across concurrent priorities, proactively identify risks, delays and dependencies, and ensure issues are addressed early to keep delivery on track.
- Work closely with stakeholders across teams to ensure effective communication and consistent progress reporting.
- Actively coordinate project/programme activity, ensuring it is structured, controlled and progressing according to plan.
Qualifications
- Highly organised and proactive with experience in project or programme support or coordination roles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and working within structured governance processes, capable of tracking progress, identifying risks and addressing issues proactively.
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Driven, structured and delivery‑focused, with a clear ability to maintain oversight and keep transformation activity on track.
