We are seeking a Planner to support the effective coordination and scheduling of service activities through proactive management of incoming enquiries and job requests. The role focuses on maintaining accurate systems, monitoring shared mailboxes, and ensuring work is planned and allocated within agreed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries and monitor shared mailboxes
- Allocate job requests to engineers in line with scheduling requirements
- Maintain and update all relevant systems accurately
- Operate a 72‑hour lookahead to ensure jobs are scheduled ahead of SLA deadlines
- Liaise with clients to provide clear communication and updates
- Work closely with internal service teams to coordinate workloads
- Identify and escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Ensure all planning activities support service delivery commitments
Qualifications
- Experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when updating systems
