About Us
Kedleston Group is an independent provider of specialist education for children and young people with special educational needs including autism and social, emotional and mental health needs. Our mission is to nurture confident and capable young people through therapeutic and holistic education, preparing them for their next steps in education, work and life.
The Role
As part of our Group HR team, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative support across recruitment, HR and training. From coordinating job adverts and onboarding new starters to keeping systems accurate and supporting training activity, no two days will be the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating recruitment adverts, inboxes and candidate queries
- Completing onboarding, pre‑employment checks and HR administration
- Maintaining accurate records, data and templates
- Helping with training coordination and inductions
- Supporting internal comms
About You
- Strong admin experience with excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- A proactive, team‑focused approach
- Experience in HR, recruitment or education is a bonus
