We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible part‑time Outreach & Engagement Officer for 18 hours per week over three days (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).
Responsibilities
- Work alongside children, young people and families with a focus on parenting, family life and early learning to build confidence and break down isolation.
- Promote HSBNIC within local communities and build networks with local referrers.
- Support community outreach and engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in early learning/development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to manage own workload.
- Open‑minded, non‑judgemental approach.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car.
