ESG, a leading provider of Security Services across mainland UK, is seeking a professional and motivated Operations Controller & Mobile Patrol Supervisor (dual role) to join our Solihull office.
This is a key dual role combining operational support, mobile patrol duties, and supervisory responsibilities. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, well‑presented, and able to work with a high level of trust and responsibility.
SIA Licence Required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Managers with daily operational tasks
- Assist with staff rota management and workforce coordination
- Liaise with clients to maintain service quality and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct mobile patrols using a company vehicle
- Carry out site visits, lock/unlock duties, and welfare checks
- Respond to alarm activations and attend customer premises as required
- Maintain accurate records and produce clear written reports
- Act as a trusted keyholder with responsibility for keys, codes, and secure access
- Uphold ESG’s professional standards at all times
Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)
- Clean UK driving licence with a minimum of 5 years’ driving experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High levels of reliability, integrity, and personal presentation
- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
- Previous experience in security, mobile patrols, or operations is advantageous
- Working Hours: 30 hours per week or more (Full‑time: nights and days)
