A Nursery School based in North Birmingham is looking for a Receptionist. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm, this is a long term temporary opportunity to start as soon as possible.

The role will be to provide reception cover for a very busy school. The role will entail signing in visitors, inputting registers onto SIMS, dealing with dinner monies and using adsum4. You will at times be required to deal with parents who can at times be difficult. Please note that this is a busy office and requires an individual that can work under pressure.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative.
  • You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
  • You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.

We also provide free Child Protection and Safeguarding Training to any candidate who is registered and working for us as part of their CPD.
