A day in the life of a NIGHT SHIFT Warehouse Operative will involve using in‑house systems to ensure parcels are dispatched to the correct destinations. This includes scanning parcels accurately and sorting them into the correct loading bays ready for delivery. Attention to detail and taking pride in your work are essential, as every colleague plays an important role in the parcel’s journey to the customer. Parcels should be handled with care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. The warehouse has a welcoming and supportive environment, with management available to assist whenever needed. All colleagues work together with a collaborative approach to achieve the same goal.
Transport & Pick‑Up: We work closely with a trusted transport partner to support travel to and from work. Transport can be paid directly to the transport company on a daily basis. Pick‑up locations:

- 9 Holyhead Road, Handsworth, Birmingham B21 0LA
- 30 Fenton Street, Smethwick B66 1HR
- 147 Great Charles Street Queensway, Birmingham B3 3LP
Pick‑up times are issued on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Able to cope with physical work in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality

- Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems is beneficial
