Meetings & Events Executive – an integral part of our hotel cluster supporting a busy M&E function.

We’re looking for a proactive professional to handle all customer enquiries, produce proposals and manage contracts for our venues.

Responsibilities

  • Produce proposals for all M&E enquiries in line with customer requests.
  • Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities.
  • Work closely with operational teams across the cluster of hotels to ensure all details are captured.
  • Gather feedback from clients.
  • Produce contracts and issue invoices to customers.
  • Follow up to encourage repeat business.
