Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
Location: Birmingham (All Saints House)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £28,294 - £30,862 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (39 hours per week)
About the role
We are looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join our team supporting a group of mobile engineers working across sites in the Midlands and Wales. This is a busy and varied role where you will help plan workloads, coordinate engineers, and keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule work for engineers
- Act as a main point of contact for the team
- Update systems, work orders and timesheets
- Support with reports and data tracking
- Assist with organising training, equipment and paperwork
- Communicate clearly with managers and engineers
What we’re looking for
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Confident communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Previous planning, scheduling or admin experience (preferred)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
