The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Part Time job, at our site in Cadnam Close Birmingham. General repairs, decoration and maintenance. The job can be between 6-12 hours per week for a maximum of 12 hours.

Reporting to the site manager and responsible for maintenance and the maintenance stores and equipment. Regular tasks will be changing bulbs, repairs to plumbing, adjusting doors and any other minor repairs that arise. The work will also entail decoration in preparation for new rentals.

Previous experience is essential, you must have previous building experience or handyman skills. Plumbing skills would also be an advantage.
