About the Role

Licencing Officer in the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licencing team at Birmingham City Council, based in Garretts Green. Processing taxi licencing applications accurately and efficiently, reviewing documentation, maintaining records in internal systems, issuing taxi badges and licence plates, supporting general administrative tasks, and responding to queries for customers and stakeholders.
