What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Lecturer in Psychology, teaching will include daytime, some evening & weekend sessions
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across core psychology subjects aligned to BPS GBC requirements
  • Design and develop innovative, future-focused curriculum content
  • Support students to achieve academic success and thrive personally
  • Assess and provide timely, impactful feedback to enhance learning
  • Contribute to research and scholarly activity within the department

About You

Your Experience

  • Teaching psychology in higher education, ideally across BPS-aligned modules

  • Strong understanding of BPS accreditation and GBC curriculum
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

Your Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology (PhD desirable)
  • Eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the BPS (essential)
