Learning Manager - 17.5 hours a week £27,693 - £29,746 Location in and around the West Midlands area, with hybrid working available. The WEA is the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of adult education, a charity dedicated to bringing high quality, professional education into the heart of communities. Role and responsibilities
As the Learning Manager, you will ensure that all learning and project delivery is completed to a high standard in line with KPI’s and compliance expectations. Reporting to the Learning Team Leader, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with Contracts, Partnerships, Enrolment and Teaching, ensuring that all aspects of the course are delivered successfully, ensuring the learning journey is a positive one for all learners.
