As Kitchen Team Leader at the Towers Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen your team can be proud of.

You will be the master of the menu, passionate about delivering great food and training great people.

Key responsibilities

  • Train and inspire the Kitchen Team to deliver high quality food.
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed operational targets.
  • Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
  • Ensure the kitchen works with a branded menu and adheres to all health and hygiene regulations.
