Who are you?
- Proven experience as a prep assistant is desirable
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in the kitchen
- Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- A team player with good communication skills
- Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
- Curry Cook or a Tandoori Cook with specialization in East/South or North Indian cuisine
- Knowledge of Tandoor and Marinations will be a bonus but not a requirement
- The ideal candidate must be reliable and able to work with minimal supervision and have a passion for cooking
Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Some secondary school required - completion of secondary school is an asset, but not a requirement.
- The applicant must be based in London and ready to start within 2 weeks
