The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Advisory Team to cover maternity leave for a 12 month period. The HR Advisor role is a critical role of a small but busy HR Advisory function. The chosen candidate will be advising staff and line managers on queries related to policy, legislation and terms and conditions, supporting on a variety of employee relations casework and regularly workshopping/troubleshooting with managers around people related issues, like sickness absence management.

We are seeking someone with CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience or qualification. We would like someone with good knowledge and experience in an HR Advisory capacity. This is a role where we ideally want someone to hit the ground running with some experience of employee relations. In return, we can guarantee a fantastic learning opportunity with a broad range of experiences and under the guidance of experienced HR professionals.

The chosen candidate will be proactive, curious and customer driven, with attention to detail and strong communication skills. Soft skills and the ability to influence are key to the role.

Advise, guide and resolve queries on terms and conditions of employment and core people management policies and practice including leave entitlement, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, flexible working, disciplinary, grievance and capability etc. Be the link between the Trust and Occupational Health, advising managers on referrals, submitting to Occupational Health and following up on reports.
