The Education Network is looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Edgbaston.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the recruitment industry from experienced consultants while helping schools across the West Midlands find outstanding education professionals.

As part of the Pertemps Network Group, you'll receive industry-leading training, ongoing support and a clear pathway to becoming a Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing teachers and teaching assistants for schools across the West Midlands.
  • Interviewing, screening and registering candidates.
  • Writing adverts and proactively searching for talent.
  • Building relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Managing compliance and safeguarding documentation.
  • Supporting consultants with daily recruitment activities and ensuring excellent candidate care.

Qualifications

  • A recent graduate or someone looking to begin a career in recruitment.
  • Confident, enthusiastic and enjoys speaking with people.
  • Organised, resilient and motivated to learn.
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
