About the role
We are looking for ambitious, motivated and confident graduates to join our growing team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within the education recruitment sector, working closely with schools and candidates while developing strong business, sales and relationship management skills. You will receive ongoing training, mentorship and support while building your own client and candidate network within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with schools and educational settings
- Recruit and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles
- Advertise vacancies and manage candidate applications
- Match candidates to suitable school opportunities
- Conduct compliance and safeguarding checks
- Manage candidate availability and bookings
- Support schools with staffing and workforce solutions
- Develop new business opportunities through sales and relationship building
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
- Provide excellent customer service to both schools and candidates
