Field Service Forklift Truck Engineer, West Midlands, £35-45k. My client operates within the Forklift Truck sector. They currently have a requirement for an experienced field service engineer to cover customers in the West Midlands.
Customer service is at the very heart of their business; they strongly believe that success relies on their employees' ability to really understand the needs and experiences of each customer. Your goal will be to give our customers a great impression and first-class service.
You will be dealing face-to-face with our customers, handling forklift breakdowns, repairs & services, offering technical support and delivering outstanding service.
Hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in forklift repair and maintenance.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- High standards, flexibility, and attention to detail.
They offer:
- A highly competitive base salary between £35,000 - £45,000. Salary will be dependent on experience and hours worked.
- A fully kitted out van & fuel card.
