A Food and Beverage Administrator is responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the office to deliver an excellent food and beverage experience while providing secretarial support, managing the mail, and carrying out filing.

Responsibilities
- Supporting and coordinating staff training activities, including maintaining training records, scheduling training sessions, and assisting with onboarding documentation
- Carrying out daily Food and Beverage administrative activities in line with Hilton standards, policies, and procedures
- Providing secretarial support to the Food and Beverage team
- Ensuring all communications—especially those relating to owners, guests, and the Corporate office—are handled promptly and professionally
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining adequate office and departmental supplies
- Building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships
- Carrying out all filing and maintaining accurate and organised records
- Complying with all key security mandates
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, defective materials, or equipment
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and orderly work area
- Assisting with special projects related to the Food and Beverage department
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment (advantageous)
