An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Operational EPR team. This role will lead a small operational team in operational delivery and design of pathways aligned to the Trust’s EPR system. You will act as the senior Operational link to ensure appropriate engagement of current and future pathways.
The role will also lead on operational preparation for EPR go live and the impact on hospital operations, such as proactively managing leave with clinical teams and reviewing activity to minimise any disruption to service delivery and operational performance.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience translating complex digital information into simple terms to support communication with all stakeholders, whilst understanding current IT systems, operational patient flows, and performance targets. The Trust is looking for a credible candidate that can demonstrate resilience and leadership in a time of significant change, and to be proactive and self‑motivated with evidence of successful change management.
