Responsibilities
- Administer and develop Bromcom and associated systems.
- Provide accurate and timely analysis of attendance, behaviour, assessment, academic progress, outcomes, and contextual data to support school improvement, operational efficiency, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Contribute to a workplace culture where safeguarding and child protection are central.
Requirements
- All employees must undertake an enhanced DBS check.
- Before appointment, disclose any unspent conviction, caution, reprimand or warning under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975. Non‑disclosure may lead to termination of employment. Application may consider the nature of any offences and the date they occurred.
