Responsibilities
- Participate in implementation of Retail and commerce / Order to cash stream.
- Conduct business analysis workshops for Retail and commerce / Order to cash.
- Conduct integration analysis workshops for Retail and commerce / Order to cash.
- Conduct cross leading functional CRP workshops.
- Carry out FIT/GAP analysis on business requirements.
- Responsible for configuring D365 F&O environment to meet business requirements.
- Responsible for producing integration design and functional design documents (IDD/FDDs) for GAPs.
- Responsible for carrying out unit and SIT testing.
- Responsible for giving training to business stream heads.
- Responsible for supporting UAT cycles.
- Work on end-to-end implementation project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery excellence.
- Work with project teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to consultants, analysts, testers, and developers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Actively participate in reviewing business requirements, fit/gap analysis activities, configuring commerce and supply chain modules, including POS, Call center, and Commerce HQ.
- Actively participate in designing custom solution, drafting FDD / IDD and get the approval with clients and development team.
- Adoption of best practices and standards across delivery, optimizing efficiency and quality.
- Lead problem-solving efforts, leveraging deep domain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and commerce modules.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail and Commerce Supply Chain, with a track record of leading successful implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring project teams, including consultants, analysts, and developers.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing D365 FO modules, with a focus on sales and marketing, sales ledger, retail and commerce, stock management, warehouse management, transformation management, and procurement and sourcing and purchase ledger.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage priorities, and navigate complex project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Business, or related field.
