Salary: Circa £80,000 + Quarterly Sales Bonus (25% annually)

IPS Group is recruiting three experienced Cyber Development Underwriters to support a newly formed team launching a major Cyber proposition across the UK regional market, with the launch planned for January 2026.

As a Development Underwriter, your primary focus will be on generating new business within the SME Cyber space.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional brokers.
  • Develop trading opportunities and support the early-stage growth of a high‑performing Cyber portfolio across open market and e‑trade platforms.
  • Work closely with the Trading Manager based in Manchester and with Senior Leaders across the business, including those leading the London operation.
  • Contribute to discussions on appetite, pricing and product development to help shape the team’s success.

We’re looking for individuals with proven Cyber underwriting experience, ideally with a strong understanding of broker trading and a technical grasp of cyber risks and emerging threats. You’ll bring a commercial mindset, underwriting confidence, and the ability to create value for the portfolio.
