As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in ensuring world-class housekeeping standards across the site. You will lead and support your cleaning team, making sure all tasks are completed to a high standard, schedules are followed, and Health & Safety is always a top priority. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, organisation, and attention to detail make a real difference every day.
The Role
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the cleaning team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
- Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations in line with the Contractual Service Level Agreement
- Manage cleaning rotas, cover holidays, and communicate updates effectively with the team
- Conduct weekly stock takes and place monthly stock orders via your line manager
- Deliver pre-shift briefings and maintain clear team communication
- Ensure all site files and COSHH documentation are audit-ready
- Maintain the building in a clean and orderly condition across offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, and communal areas
- Lead by example with professional behaviour, strong leadership, and a focus on excellent customer service
- Ensure safe use of all cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to Health & Safety regulations
