We supply temporary and permanent workforce solutions to businesses across the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and the M5 corridor including Bristol Avon.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business within logistics, industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
- Sell temporary staffing, contract labour, and recruitment solutions to B2B clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the West Midlands and M5 corridor.
- Conduct outbound sales activity including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify workforce requirements and match clients with recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with internal recruitment delivery teams.
- Manage key accounts and grow revenue per client.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong track record of winning new business and generating revenue.
- Experience within logistics, industrial, warehousing, or commercial recruitment (highly desirable).
- Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
Salary & Benefits
- £28,000 basic salary.
