Support the NHS by providing a comprehensive porter service across multiple sites, including Moseley Hall, West Heath, and the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect post, luggage, and miscellaneous items.
  • Order and maintain housekeeping stock, gas cylinders, wheelchairs, and other cleaning supplies.
  • Perform cleaning duties and waste removal.
  • Set up meeting rooms and maintain tidy exterior areas.
  • Assist with other miscellaneous duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications, skills and experience for a hospital porter.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills suitable to a hospital environment.
  • Ability to work flexible 12‑hour shifts, days or weekends as required.
  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role.
  • Willingness to undertake a DBS check.
  • Actively present to a Trac account for shortlisting and selection communication.

Additional Information

Salary £14.06 per hour plus enhancements for unsociable hours. Permanent, Full‑time, and eligible for NHS pension scheme membership.
