The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
This post is with Blakesley community nursing team based in East Locality Birmingham. The post will require nursing interventions to be delivered to clients in their own homes. The post holder will be expected to work multi-professionally, support other team members’ roles and contribute to the future development of the service. The post will also include supporting other teams within the locality.
Consideration will be given around the trust's flexible working policy with regards to shifts. As a senior nurse, you will be able to demonstrate good leadership skills, the ability to manage change in clinical practice and processes. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to independently make sound clinical and leadership judgements and regularly supervise the workload of junior colleagues. We are looking for people who are innovative, forward-thinking, flexible and have strong leadership qualities.
