Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support services including diary and email management, meeting coordination and servicing, call handling with accurate message relay, and maintenance of effective information systems.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support across a range of workstreams and projects, primarily related to Medical Staff Professional Practice and related initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Medical Director, Deputy Medical Directors, Associate Medical Director (Pharmacological Therapies), Chief Psychologist, and the wider Medical Directorate team.
  • Offer cross-cover support within the Corporate Medical Director Team as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Highly organised, experienced and proactive with proven experience in supporting medical workforce initiatives and/or professional practice programmes.
  • High level of competence in Microsoft Office packages, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Capability to prioritise workload and work as an effective, integrated, responsive member of the team.
