Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and business support to the departments within the Rehabilitation Services.
  • Work as part of a team and carry out day‑to‑day administrative duties, including covering essential operational duties in the absence of colleagues.
  • Act as the key point of contact for the team: receive telephone calls, take messages, answer queries, contact clients and organisations, use initiative to solve problems within your scope, and seek advice when required.
  • Arrange appointments and send out confirmation and reminder letters as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the wider team to ensure procedures and systems are efficient and effective.
