About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Air Hygiene Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll support the Field Manager by supervising operatives, ensuring safe working practices, and delivering high‑quality air hygiene services across a variety of sites. This is a hands‑on position combining technical expertise and team leadership, offering a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising operatives on‑site and promoting safe working practices in line with RAMS.
  • Delivering air hygiene services, including:
    • Kitchen extract cleaning (TR19 Grease)
    • Ventilation system cleaning (TR19)
    • Access door installation (DW144)
    • Carrying out fire damper inspections (BS9999)
  • Conducting site inspections and supporting preventative maintenance programmes.
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.
  • Completing risk assessments and same‑day service reports.
  • Managing equipment and chemical stock levels.
  • Ensuring all work complies with site rules, method statements, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of air hygiene and ventilation systems.
  • Experience supervising or leading teams (preferred but not essential).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel where company needs are required.
  • A recognised qualification in air hygiene is desirable but not essential; further training and support will be provided.
