We’re currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing agency team, supporting care homes across Birmingham. You’ll be providing high‑quality care to adults who need support with daily living and personal care. We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who genuinely want to make a difference and are committed to building a rewarding career in adult social care.

Your Role

  • Promote and encourage residents’ independence.
  • Carry out regular safety checks to ensure residents’ well‑being in communal areas and private rooms.
  • Provide personal care tailored to individual needs.
  • Support residents during mealtimes, including feeding and preparing light snacks.
  • Safely use manual handling equipment where required.
  • Complete daily documentation such as care charts, meal records, and personal care notes.
  • Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents and work collaboratively with colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience (essential).
  • Confident and competent with manual handling equipment (essential).
