Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Hours: 22 (2x 11 hours shifts Saturday and Sunday)

Main Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

  • Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
  • Demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Primary Care setting.
  • NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
  • Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
  • It is preferred that the ideal candidate is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
