The Role
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 within lessons and intervention sessions
- Deliver targeted academic support to individuals and small groups
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Help raise student attainment, confidence, and engagement
- Provide pastoral support where required
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
Who We're Looking For
- Graduates with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Degrees in English, Mathematics, Science, Psychology, Sociology, Humanities, or related subjects are highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and supporting young people
- Ambition to pursue a long‑term career within education or child development
- Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or youth work experience is beneficial but not essential
