Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm

The Role

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 within lessons and intervention sessions
  • Deliver targeted academic support to individuals and small groups
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Help raise student attainment, confidence, and engagement
  • Provide pastoral support where required
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduates with a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Degrees in English, Mathematics, Science, Psychology, Sociology, Humanities, or related subjects are highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and supporting young people
  • Ambition to pursue a long‑term career within education or child development
  • Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or youth work experience is beneficial but not essential
