We are recruiting experienced, dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Wirral (CH41) area. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with experience working with nurse-led clients. You will be providing care and support to a range of clients.
Shifts: A mixture of shifts are available for full or part time hours:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - 08:30-10:30, 12:30-14:30, 19:30-20:30
- Wednesday & Friday - 08:30-13:00, 15:30-16:30, 19:30-20:30
- Saturday & Sunday - 08:30-10:30, 12:30-13:30, 19:30-20:30
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
