Location: Wirral

Pay: £95 to £100 per hour (Experience Dependent)

Working pattern: Part-Time, Full-Time, Term-Time

Contract: Starting from June onwards

Responsibilities

  • Support an early-year child alongside the teacher to manage daily routines and learning activities.
  • Assist small groups of children with tasks.
  • Provide one-to-one support and modify challenging behaviour by creating a positive, engaging learning environment.
  • Support an individual child day to day in a classroom environment.

Qualifications

  • Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant transferable experience (care or similar).
  • Proactive and supportive attitude.
  • Confidence working with children with different abilities.
  • Strong communication, patience, and the ability to follow the teacher’s directions.
  • A genuine passion for education and a flexible approach.
