Your Role:
- Lead a nursery class, delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create engaging, child-centred learning experiences that support children's development across all areas of learning.
- Monitor progress through observations and assessments, using this information to plan meaningful next steps.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, support staff, and senior leaders to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel supported to thrive.
- Contribute positively to the wider Early Years team and school community.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 6 qualification in an Early Years related subject (EYTS or QTS also considered)
- Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teacher in the UK
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Confident classroom management and a nurturing approach
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
