As a Warehouse Operative, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring that waste materials are processed efficiently and safely. Your role is vital in maintaining the smooth running of our warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards, and keeping our machinery in top shape. You will be a key player in providing a secure, reliable service to our customers, working both independently and as part of a team.

  • Load and unload confidential paper and materials from vehicles with precision and care.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks on shredding and baling machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate shredding and baling machinery safely, adhering to all compliance standards.
  • Report any machinery or equipment defects to minimize production downtime.
  • Follow manual handling procedures to ensure safety during lifting and manoeuvring.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to boost operational efficiency.
  • Use counterbalance Forklift Truck or JCB Telehandler Truck safely in a bustling environment.
  • Assist with collections from customer sites as needed.

Qualifications:
