Look no further… We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Primark Liverpool. You will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You will be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!
About the role:
- This role will primarily be based within the L1 3AY postcode.
- Confirmed working hours: Sunday 06:00 -10:00, Monday 06:00 -10:00, Weds 06:00 -10:00.
- There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.
How you'll deliver excellence:
- Product Placement and Replenishment – arrange products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
- Stock Management – keep as much stock as possible on shelves to drive sales and monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
- Beauty Knowledge – become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
- Compliance and Standards – follow merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, procedures and health and safety guidance; implement planograms where provided to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup – set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
- Strong communication and relationship building – build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, department and store managers and provide accurate and timely feedback via the feedback application.

- You are comfortable with a bit of manual handling – you need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
- You are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
