Term Time Only Mon-Thu 8:30 - 17:00 and Fri 8:30 - 16:30 with an hour unpaid lunch. (Part-Time hours may be available) Interview date: TBC Actual salary for 37 hours per week x 37 weeks per year £22,087.86 - £22,573.30 (£26,262.60 - £26,839.80 Full Time equivalent salary) Bath College is seeking to appoint dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Staff to join our inclusive and learner-focused support team.

As a member of the Learning Support team, you will provide high-quality support based on an empowering and enabling model of practice.

You will work alongside learners, curriculum staff and wider support teams to remove barriers to learning, promote independence and help learners participate fully in college life.

A particular feature of this opportunity is the potential to undertake a nationally recognised Level 5 apprenticeship, supporting professional development, enhancing future career prospects and helping to create progression opportunities into specialist roles and higher salary levels over time.
