About Prestige Nursing & Care, Bath & Bristol East: Our Bath & Bristol East branch are all long serving and have a vast knowledge of the area and our client base. Our purpose is to provide high quality, community-based specialist home care and support. We aim to work together to achieve the goals of each of our varying clients, and to make a difference in their lives.
What we are looking for:
- As a Professional Carer, you'll be supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community.
- Your role will focus on promoting independence, dignity, and well being while delivering care that is tailored to each person's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing care and support in the home and community.
- Working in line with individual care plans and risk assessments.
- Delivering care in a person-centred manner.
Requirements:
- UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Previous experience in a similar care role.
- Must be local to the Bath and Bristol area.

- £12.90 - £14.98 dependant on package and shift pattern.
