Your new company We are working with a growing Bath-based business seeking an Interim Accounts Assistant to provide valuable support during a busy period for the finance team.

What You Will Be Doing
Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments
Supporting sales ledger and customer invoicing activities
Assisting with bank reconciliations and cash allocation
Chasing outstanding payments when required
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Supporting month-end processes and reporting
Providing general finance and administrative support to the wider team
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger or Sales Ledger role
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Comfortable using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage workloads independently
Positive, team-focused attitude
Available to start at short notice
