The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated GPwER who is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to adults with ADHD and related conditions. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Full GMC registration.
- A UK Recognised Medical Degree and a License to Practice.
- Experience in ADHD management and interest in neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Qualified prescriber of medication for ADHD.
- Experience in working with adults in a clinical setting.
- Understanding of risk management, safeguarding, and clinical governance.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and patients.
- Ability to manage clinical records, including the use of SystmOne.
- Desirable: Membership to a relevant Royal College (e.g., MRCP).
- Experience in adult mental health or neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Experience with research projects, publications, or clinical audits.
- Further education or training in neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly ADHD.
- Commitment to continued professional development, including teaching and learning.
