A leading Regional Contractor based in South West are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the country's most prominent construction businesses with a fantastic reputation as a leading reputable contractor. This Document Controller role will play a key part amongst both the site and design teams. This contractor traditionally specialises in high spec projects, including education, healthcare, leisure & industrial new builds & refurbishments valuing up to £20M on a nationwide basis for private and framework clients. The role is a permanent requirement, working from their head office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all project documentation and ensure it is filed correctly in line with company protocol.
  • Assist clients and stakeholders with relevant CDE training when required.
  • Maintain and manage document management systems throughout the duration of the projects, including archiving, running reports and ensuring the latest version is available.

Qualifications

  • Experience using document management systems including Procore and View Point and other Microsoft packages.
  • Relevant experience working on similar value projects within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
