Community Care Assistant Bath £13.20 - £13.59 per hour Every Thursday - other weekday shifts available on an ad-hoc basis. Due to client requirements, we require a driver for this role.

What we are looking for: We are seeking a compassionate and person-centred support worker to assist an elderly autistic gentleman in accessing and engaging in his local community - enjoying the activities he values most. These include attending church, listening to music, exploring art, visiting museums, and going to concerts. In this role, you will accompany and support our client in a way that promotes his independence, well-being, and confidence, enabling him to thrive.
