A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a 21-year-old woman living in St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan. I would enjoy support to visit museums or the theatre when my health allows. I enjoy watching sport, especially rugby, and occasionally I go to local matches. I also like watching films, so would like to go to the cinema from time to time. I would also like help to cook or bake occasionally, as this is something I enjoy but cannot safely do alone. I have Chronic Pain Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, and am Autistic. I struggle with social situations and can often get overwhelmed. I am a manual wheelchair user and can transfer myself but would need it folding up and placing in the car when we go out. I may also need assistance on ramps and uneven surfaces. Some days, due to my fatigue and muscle weakness, I find it difficult to get ready for the day, so may need help with brushing my hair, brushing teeth and washing my face.
PURPOSE OF JOB
Support when we are out in the community and in my home. I attend an Autism support group once per month on a Tuesday which again I will need help getting to and from Cardiff.

6 hours per week to be worked flexible, to be discussed more at interview.
