As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of it all, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards.
Retail here is fast‑paced and hands‑on, with no two days the same.
Because our stores are open from 6am to 10pm daily, we ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends.
We work hard to balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time off they need.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide enthusiastic customer service by assisting with product queries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Replenish shelves, stock fresh foods, seasonal items, and support all departments including cafés, bakeries, and garden centres.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness, keeping displays and workspaces tidy.
- Unload deliveries during fill shifts and swiftly get stock out on the shelves.
- Operate tills, handle cash transactions, and adapt to various roles as required.
