Office Administrator is required to assist and support the Company Director in a family run Water Treatment & Commissioning business on a full time basis. Ideally looking for someone to run the office once fully settled in role.

Duties to include:

  • Organising and filing project paperwork

  • Answering the telephone and client queries
  • Maintaining files
  • Running the office unsupervised

Driving licence would be advantageous. Knowledge of Xero software, Word/Excel/Adobe. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
