We are seeking a Complex Supervisor who will support the Complex Manager in the effective day‑to‑day running of bar and restaurant operations across the complex. This role involves leading by example, supervising teams on shift, and ensuring high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and compliance with all operational procedures. By supporting the Complex Manager and taking ownership of operational standards, the Complex Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well‑organised environment for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bar & Restaurant Manager with the day‑to‑day operation of the bars, ensuring excellence in customer service and focusing on opportunities for growth.
- Manage stock control, stock rotation and ordering in conjunction with the Manager.
- Ensure sufficient and appropriate staffing at all times while adhering to the wage budget.
- Promote sales and up‑sell additional products wherever possible.
- Encourage all team members to up‑sell and provide coaching where appropriate.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures for the bar and kitchen are followed; equipment is switched on and off.
- Ensure all staff are smart, wearing uniforms and name badges at all times.
- Ensure all team members are suitably trained, have comprehensive product knowledge and understand their job roles.
- Provide bar and table service to customers, delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supervising food and/or beverage service within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Clear understanding of maintaining high service, quality, and compliance standards.
- Experience supervising and supporting a staff team, with the ability to lead by example and manage teams effectively during busy operational periods.
- Strong communication skills, a positive leadership style, and the ability to manage challenges calmly and professionally.
