Job Responsibilities- Promote physical and emotional support to service users.
- Provide person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offer personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene assistance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
